You retain all rights to the images and content you create or edit using NeoShot. We do not claim ownership over your content. By using the App, you grant us a license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality (e.g., applying filters, saving files). We do not upload your content to our servers unless explicitly requested by you for sharing or cloud storage features, if available.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included therein.
In no event shall NeoShot, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
